[Monday] Good Morning Year 4!

Hello Year 4! How are you all? Did you have a nice weekend?

Thanks Rushane for your letter. I'm glad you saw Ms Icilda. I miss her loads too!
Ayaan, dead rat in the garden!!!! Gosh!!! 😓😓 Maybe a fox came to kill it?

Today, we are looking at some common mistakes of homophones.
Do you remember what homophones are? They are words that sound the same but are spelt differently and have different meanings.

For example:
where (Where are you?)
wear (You should wear a coat.)
we're (We're best friends.)
were (We were going to go for a picnic.)

their (The children brought their pets to school!)
there (Look over there!)
they're (They're best friends.)
